sickly

1 blabblers
Since the year started, I seemed to be frequently down with something. Two months into the year and I have already been sick more than the number of times I had been sick since I started working two years ago. Mind you, this is not funny.

As of this point in time I am suffering from the combined discomfort of tonsillitis and hyper-acidity. I can hardly swallow my saliva and I've vomited so many times already I stopped counting. I went home early today and tried to sleep it off hoping that everything would be okay when I wake up and I think it only felt worst. The good thing though, at least as I was able to sleep well despite the heat. I guess the vomiting has exhausted me that the heat was not able to stop me from sleeping.

Just like always, it's my left tonsils again that's swollen and I think the right side is starting to hurt as well. Well, whatever. I am not going to be absent just for this. I will probably just go on VGH if in case there is an offer but I will not be absent or get a clinic pass for this because that would surely affect my attendance.

This is so not nice considering that I don't even drink cold drinks that much. Yes, I did ate ice cream yesterday but that was so small i did not even feel it go down my throat. I hope lozenges are enough to take care of this.

Well, ciao for now people. I need to go out and send my clothes to the laundry and have brunch.
So, have a nice day everyone!

I love to travel. I want to see the whole world. I want to know the different cultures of the world. I want to learn different languages. I want to meet new people.

I am fond of reading travel blogs and travel websites in the hope that someday, when I already have the courage and the means to get to those places I will be armed of the knowledge i gleamed from those websites. There are a lot of places I wanted to go to. Mostly in Europe, Asia, and South America. These are places whose culture and history have long fascinated me and I want to see for myself the places I've only seen on the pages of the National Geographic.

What a dream!

Imagine seeing all these sites and learning the culture first hand? Imagine seeing those ancient historical relics all over the world. Imagine seeing them with your own eyes?

There are a lot of travel websites on the web offering great discounts and tour packages that I wish I can avail of. Sadly, I still need my passport and I still need to save my money. But so what right? Someday I will be able to visit those places.

For now, I am contented to search for the best travel agencies on the web offering the best deals that those with the love for travelling can easily afford. I even found one website where the best argentina travel agents compete to plan your perfect getaway for you. Imagine that? All you have to do is describe to them what you like and presto, they come up with the best trip for you. I would love to try that!

Well, since I cannot afford that yet, I am going to contend myself in traveling my country first. I'll explore every nook and cranny of this country and when I finally learned everything there is to learn about it then I guess that would be the time that I start planning that dream vacation?

To where? that remains to be seen

Blog Hopping

I love knowing what other people think about. I want to know how other people from different sides of the globe live their lives. I want to know people's opinion on different topics, their favorite food, places they recommend, and whatever that makes them happy.

Everyday, I surf the web searching for blogs to read and I must say I have found a lot of blogs that made me smile, cry, hope, think, hate, and see the world in a different light. I have some favorites I visit everyday. They are blogs of ordinary people with extraordinary outlooks in life. Reading their stories and looking at their photos makes me feel like I am with them and learning with them.

I especially like reading personal blogs of people who are no different from you and me. Chronicles of their everyday lives that they chose to share showing bits and pieces of their culture and personality. Among the many blogs I follow, I especially love Nat the Fat Rat and The Rockstar Diaries. Their positive outlooks in life never fail to amaze me. I love how they tell their stories; so creative to a point that even the worst possible incident that can possibly imagine sounded like a real adventure the way they tell it.

I wish I tell stories that way. The past year has been so boring for me that I found my brain dying from lack of stimulation. In fact, I had been trying to write my (mis)adventures during my birthday trip to Baguio but I just can't find enough words to write it. I mean, really, I don't know how start writing it. Well, it's probably too late to write it now.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is that, if you have a blog and you don't mind sharing it with me then please post your blog address in the comments and I'll be more than happy to stalk read your blog. I don't have any preferred theme. Just tell me what your blog is and I'll visit it.

I'll be waiting,

[for me] happiness...
